I actually got an email from Netflix telling me about the lawsuit, the settlement and what I can get out of it. We cancelled our membership ages ago because we slacked off on watching DVDs. I can't say we had any complaints about Netflix...
Thanks,....I may go ahead an opt-out, now that I know the details. (I got the notice about this from Netflix today, and I was going to simply not respond, thereby not getting the free month upgrade. I'll be damned if I let a pack of lawyers stick it to Netflix for that much money for no really good reason.
