Wow, it's been years since I did that.

Nothing can quite induce the special state of panic that you get when one spills a glass of liquid on one's computer desk.

Not that it's the worst state of panic (no, I think the sound that one's daughter's head makes when she swan dives off the couch into the coffee table (which now has a foam liner, 24 hours too late) takes that distinction), but it certainly is special.

Boy, after typing that parenthetical comment, the main point of this post seems awfully trivial, doesn't it? Though I suppose if I had been near the computer after making sure Anna didn't have a concussion, I'm sure I would have posted about it, too...

(For the record, Anna's fine, other than the rather large bruise in her eyebrow, and the computer equipment all managed to stay dry.)

Glad she's OK, and the computer stuff was spared..

It's moisture-proof. I'm surprised a pervert like you didn't already have one.

I would like to point out for the fifth time that nothing could have stopped Anna's swan dive from happening. The coffee table is a flat surface and she crashed on top of it. The corners are round, the edge is round nothing could have prevented her smashing the top. I padded the round edges just as a bonus to give her sometime to bounce off of.
