Open the book to page 23.
Find the fifth sentence.
Post the text of the sentence in your journal...
...along with these instructions.
(Actually, I cheated a little, since the nearest book is an eBook on my Palm, and there tends to be fewer than 5 sentences per "page". So I scrolled to page/screen 23, then scrolled until I hit the 5th sentence from there. Turned out to be on the next screen.)
